Fat grafting uses a patient’s own tissue to restore volume, enhance shape, and improve balance in targeted areas. By carefully selecting donor sites and strategically placing fat, Dr. Bruno creates results that are elegant, soft, and uniquely tailored to each patient’s anatomy.
How Does Fat Grafting Work?
Also called autologous fat transfer, fat grafting removes fat from one area of the body and transfers it to areas that will benefit from additional volume. Common donor sites include the abdomen, flanks, or thighs. The harvested fat is purified and carefully placed in the target areas to:
- Restore lost volume
- Enhance contours and symmetry
- Subtly refine body or facial proportions
Fat grafting can enhance the face, breasts, hands, or buttocks, offering natural improvements without implants or synthetic fillers.
